1. General Development Services

At NEXGN, we allocate immediate engineering resources upon signing a custom software development contract. Therefore, any upfront deposits, milestone payments, or setup fees required to initiate development are strictly non-refundable.

Special Section: NexGn YouTube Suite

The NexGn YouTube Suite is a digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. Because dashboard access is granted instantaneously upon successful payment confirmation, we maintain a zero-exception refund policy.

  • Software subscriptions are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
  • Once payment is processed, you will not receive a refund for any reason, including change of mind, lack of software usage, or dissatisfaction with AI outputs.
  • By subscribing, you explicitly agree to waive any right to a refund for the active billing period you have paid for.

2. Billing Errors

The only exception to our strict no-refund policy is in the event of a proven technical error originating from our payment gateway (e.g., duplicate charges for a single checkout attempt). If you experience a duplicate charge, please contact our support team immediately.
